To create and develop a space for academicians, researchers, and practitioners pertaining to Pashto language, literature, culture, history, oral tradition and identity that can transform the leading conventional research theories, techniques and analytical frameworks and can also be instrumental to establish the culture of research, dialogue, social harmony, peace and respect for diversity and pluralism in society.
Mission:
To mobilize cadres of young researchers, academician, writers and practitioners so that effective, updated and pragmatic knowledge base stemmed in rationality, validity and transparency can be created, recreated and co-created for the larger good of social, economic and intellectual development of society.
Aims:
The prime aim of the journal is to provide platform to researchers having expertise in the domain of Pashto language, literature, history, identity and culture. Keeping wide range readership of the journal in view, the journal provides original and latest research related to Pashto Language and Literature. The focus of the journal is to promote Pashto Language, Literature, History, Culture and Identity.
 

Scope of the Journal:
The journal mainly publishes papers that fall in the domain of Pashto Language, Literature, linguistics, History, Culture, Ethnography, Anthropology, Oral Tradition, and Folk forms of expression, Sufism / Spiritualism, and creativity. Themes having a direct disciplinary connection to the mentioned domains of Pashto can also be considered and encouraged. We welcome interdisciplinary research papers which explore connections between Pashto language & literature and other scholastic fields. Whereas, young scholars will be provided with skills and concepts of utilizing research and critical theory and techniques that will be highly effective for creating best quality of human resource.
The journal does not accept research papers of irrelevant themes and the topics of language and linguistics not related to Pashto language.
