Pakistan Study center, University of Balochistan, Quetta initially started its function since 1974. But it was formally established in 1976 under the Act of No.XYVII by the Government of Pakistan in the promises of the University of Balochistan, controlling and supervise by a Board of Governors, with the Vice-Chancellor as its chairman for the study of languages, literature, social structure, customs and attitude to motivate the people of the various region of the Pakistan towards Nation building. In present this center is functioning as an active academic unit of the University of Balochistan. It is producing MA, BS, M.Phil. And Ph.D in Pakistan Studies as well as in other courses which are the part of an Act. And day to day administration is the direct responsibility of the Director of the center.

 

 

Pakistan Study center, University of Balochistan, Quetta is to promote the national solidarity , integrity and unity in accordance with the ideology of Pakistan among the people of various regions in the shape of qualitative researches in different formulated courses , to evaluate the strength of the society and make the country a progressive one.
