Director Message

The University of Balochistan has been cognizant of the fact that the soci-economic success of the Balochistan province is directly depended on the quality of education. In order to develop the qualified and competent human capital provision of Quality knowledge, skills, creative abilities and moral qualities of individuals in society are inevitable. Hence, the already established Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) in 2005, has been transformed to a complete and full-fledged directorate, now renamed as Quality Assurance and Accreditation Directorate (QAAD), which has been playing a very vital role for the quality education.

Additionally, the QAAD serves the vision of UoB in becoming a reputable center of higher learning and research, and promoting the development of skilled graduates with leadership qualities, to contribute towards the development of the local and global community.

We are very much quality conscious, and do care for both the personal and professional growth of faculty and our valued students.

I am immensely grateful to the worthy Vice-Chancellor for his valuable and extended support in our creativity: helping us to devise the quality enhancement programs. And I am confident that Quality Assurance and Accreditation Directorate (QAAD) is working hard to improve the quality of education with an aim to providing a quality framework in research and teaching under the guidelines and policies of Higher Education Commission (HEC)
