Prior to join College as lecturer in 2000. Mr. Shamsulah remained as Laisen Officer to Deputy Speaker Balochistan Provincial Assembly, in 2011 he was appointed as Assistant Professor and  in 2013 he was elevated to the post of Vice Principal .

He is having interest in Islamic Jurisprudence. Muslim Personal Law, Constitutional Law of Pakistan and law of Torts. He is recently doing research in customs and customary law with special reference to Pashtun Tribal Society.
